Objectives

LBTW is a corporation that is engaged in trading, merchandise brokerage and warehousing business. This was conceptualized in the early months of 1993 for the following reasons:

• End users which are mostly SEIPI registered companies who always demand immediate deliveries

• The objective of reducing work stoppage due to late deliveries

• Cater to fast moving demand for raw materials/supplies by the Semiconductor plants

• Act as a complete distribution hub of all foreign suppliers for the purpose of promoting the manufacturing and industrial resources of the Philippines

• To provide not only warehousing service but also a complete logistics service that are facing challenges in an increasingly sophisticated and competitive global market

• To remain its keen interest in developing other vital trade hubs in the Philippine countryside

LBTW was registered with the SEC on July 15, 1993 and was granted authority to operate by the BOC on June 1997. Thus, it was registered as CBW 162.
