• RECEIVING

LBTW shall obtain all accompanying shipping documents to verify consistency of actual cargo against documents. In case of damage receipt, LBTW shall furnish Bad Order Report and arrange re-exportation of articles if advised. LBTW shall generate Receiving Report & Inventory Ledger and shall inform through electronic mail. LBTW shall assign clearly isolated part of shipments.

• DISBURSEMENT

LBTW shall secure authority to transfer from the Bureau of Customs to effect withdrawal/transfer of materials. LBTW shall disburse the required articles by suppliers on a first-in-first-out manner. LBTW shall perform inventory confirmation between system data and physical inventory for the article itself. LBTW shall provide a General Inventory Report by month.
